Strain: White Dawg
Type: Indica Hybrid
Cross Between: White Fire OG and Chemdog
Smell: Smells like a Cannabis Cup Champion. Open the jar and it stinks up the whole room, it’s glorious.
Taste: Tastes like a Cannabis Cup Champion. A lot like the smell, it’s got a nice, strong taste. With a THC content of over 20%, one large bong rip sends you coughing like your first time smoking.
Effect: Have a couch ready. I used a bong and an Arizer Extreme-Q Vaporizer, and the effects are slightly different with each. If you’re looking to get annihilated, grab a bong. It goes right to your head and within seconds, you have a full body high. A vaporizer eases you into this high, and the float-iness in your head isn’t quite as strong. But whichever way you go, you’re going to be pretty god damn stoned. This one could treat a variety of symptoms, particularly muscle spasms, pain, insomnia, and nausea. Not the best choice for depression, since it’s very sedating.
In a nutshell:
- Induces a full-body heaviness
- Relaxation, calming
- Great for conditions like anxiety, pain, insomnia, and nausea.
- Long-lasting effects
- Potent as hell
Downsides: Sedation may interfere with productivity. Low-tolerance smokers, this one may be almost too potent. It’s easy to just pass out afterwards, so save this one for a lazy weekend or a power-nap.
Social Environment: Some may enjoy sharing this one with others. On the other hand, it’s so tranquilizing that it really depends on what you’re doing. Hiking or doing other physical activities, I wouldn’t recommend White Dawg. Playing a low-key video game or watching a movie? White Dawg will serve you well.
